12/3/12

Today in class we watched part 3 of the Capitalism in China. We skipped part 2 for unknown reasons. Part three talks about how all of the people used to ride bikes to get around the major cities in China, but now people use cars. China is increasing by thousands of new people buying cars everyday. For many people, it is the first car in their family history. A few decades ago, only rich people, political people, and foreigners had cars. Today, more and more middle class people are able to purchase a car. 9 out of 10 people who buy cars use cash. They were also showing the constructions of major highways. In America, what we would have machines do, people in China are doing. By people doing these jobs  they take a lot longer to complete. We also got our essays back. I got a 99% so I'm pretty happy with that.
